Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven manager to direct and manage our Boksburg Unit and one for our Vereeniging Unit

 

Duties will include coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with customers, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

 

Services Manager Responsibilities:

 

Overseeing daily business operations. (Staff 29 employees)

Developing and implementing growth strategies.

Training low-level managers and staff.

Manage site finances (Wages / Invoicing)

Hiring employees.

Evaluating performance and productivity.

Managing Day to Day Operation

Monthly stock Counts and preparation thereof

Manage inventory

Generating reports and giving presentations. (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

Services Manager Requirements:

 

Diploma in business management / Supply chain and Distribution (Mega / Large DC)

Good knowledge of different business functions. (FMCG / Liquor Industry) (5+ years experience)

Strong leadership qualities.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly organized.

Strong work ethic.

Good interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Computer literate.

Proactive nature.

WMS Knowledge and experience (SAP)
