Description

 

The main purpose of the Training Officer is to monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of programmes and interventions in accomplishing the long-term skills developmental goals/ objectives of the SABFS.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Relevant educational and skills development as well as HR qualification or similar 5 years’ experience as a trainer/facilitator

 

  • Registered assessor and moderator

 

  • Registered Skills Development Facilitator

 

Competencies:

 

  • Good knowledge of SAQA, QTCO and SETA and Food Bev

SETA

 

  • Proven knowledge of the Skills Development Act (SDA) Development

 

  • Design of outcomes based training material knowledge of a Learner Management System Experience and knowledge of VIP Premier/People

 

  • WSP/ATR submissions

 

  • Knowledge of BBBEE would be advantageous

 

 

Skills:

 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

 

  • Analytical skills

 

  • Strong communication skills

 

  • Collaboration and motivation skills

 

  • Strong interpersonal skills
