We are looking to employ a Technical Service Controller / Junior IT Technician

 

  1. You will be responsible for the in-house computer and network systems

 

  1. Logging of service calls on help desk and assisting clients

 

  1. Dispatching and liaising the external technicians

 

  1. Ordering of Stock & Stock Control

 

 

 

 

 

The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for the position.

 

  1. Matric or Post Grad

 

  1. Computer Hardware & Network Experience

 

  1. Computer Literate

 

  1. Ability to liaise with clients on a professional level

 

  1. Ability to work overtime / Standby if required.

 

  1. Mobile Phone

 

  1. Own Vehicle
