Description

A well known restaurant in the Sandton area is looking for an experienced sushi chef to join their team as soon as possible.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Rice preparation

Preparation of raw fish & other ingredients

Filleting of fish

Roll & plate sushi

Follow special customer instructions

Maintain clean & hygienic work environment

Candidate must have at least 5 years experience as a sushi chef.

 

Salary - TBD / market related
