Full material and spares store control
Receipt of all deliveries in the Store
Checking of deliveries against delivery notes
Issuing of raw materials, consumables, hand tools, etc.
Chasing up on orders sent to suppliers
Check order processed versus delivery received.
Maintaining stock quantities
Issue and return of tools function
Monthly stocktake and capturing of stocktake data
Purchasing of spares and materials
Facilitating of deliveries and dispatched goods
Inspections of damaged goods
Other operational tasks within the scope of the role
Quality Management by adhering to quality management system and
auditing the system
Ensure that all courier documentation and tracking information
is in compliance with company procedure
Maintaining a clean, organised and up to date stores environment
Computer literate MS Office application (Outlook, Excel, Word),
2 Years’ experience in similar environment manufacturing and
Knowledge of workshop / machines and change parts will be
Basic accounting knowledge & health and safety training will
