A store manager is required to manage a butchery & deli in the Durban area. The incumbent must have at least 5 years of traceable experience managing a butchery. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and directing all staff to ensure all targets are met
Cash control and reconciliation.
Supplier and customer liaison.
In addition, the applicant must have the following skills:
Fully competent butcher with expert knowledge of all meat cuts for beef and lab.
Highly capable in the manufacture of meat products (sausage, salami, cold meats, etc).
Deli food preparation; amongst others the cooking deep fried chicken in a Henny Penny Frier will be advantageous.
Salary: R 13 000
