A vacancy exists for a Pharmacy Stock Controller, based at Life The Glynnwood Hospital, reporting to Tau Motatinyane, Inventory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for billing and management of loan and consignment stock within the hospital environment.

 

Critical Outputs

Billing of Consignment and Loan stock on Fiori

Capture all consignment and loan stock invoices on Fiori as per relevant procedures

Ensure reconciliation of delivery notes against open purchase orders for consignment.

Daily follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices / credit notes

Daily management of DNFB

Escalate all price related queries and ensure resolution thereof.

Assist with quarterly stock counts in pharmacy.

 

Requirements

 

Grade 12 National Senior Certificate

Computer literacy with knowledge of SAP and Impilo billing is essential

Experience with stock control within hospital environment will be an added advantage

Knowledge of inventory control processes, procedures and practices

Must be vaccinated for COVID-19

Be available to work extra hours when needed

Excellent interpersonal skills.
