MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure effective and efficient tender administration function
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Implement SCM strategy and activity plan.
Manage the Bidding process and ensure compliance to SCM
Facilitate and manage the tender contracting activities.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric and National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
4 - 6 year’s work experience in Supply Chain Management
environment of which at least 3 years working experience in
Able to demonstrate:
Comprehensive knowledge of public sector SCM legislative
Comprehensive knowledge of SCM policy and procedures, PFMA,
PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations and BBBEE amended Codes
of Good Practice and all other applicable legislations.
