Accredited courses only. POE Competency.
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
First Aid Level 2.
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle.
All Documents MUST be included with CV.
2 – 3 Years’ experience Diploma (SHE related)
2 – 4 years’ experience OHS Act related.
Affsaf Health & Safety Management System: Proficient
RMA Compensation application: Proficient
MS Excel: Intermediate
MS Word: Intermediate
MS PowerPoint: Intermediate
Rest of MS suite: Intermediate
Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations: Proficient.
COID Act: Proficient.
Compiling the annual training & events schedule.
Co-ordinating periodic medicals and follow ups.
Making calendar bookings for training.
Arranging flight/accommodation reservations.
Maintaining a comprehensive electronic and hard copy records system
Collating & compiling monthly SHE statistics.
Maintaining document control & tracking of training schedules.
Arranging training with approved suppliers / internal training staff & maintaining the training matrix.
Co-ordinating all SHE related meetings and audits.
Taking & maintaining SHE meeting minutes and distributing to relevant participants.
Co-ordinating all SHE Audits with relevant role-players.
Logging all claims with RMA, capture all related documentation.
Processing new claims with RMA-receiving all documentation, finalising claim & communicating with employee.
Reporting all training statistics & information to the Skills Development Manager.
