Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

 

  • Post Matric Qualification, and/or Business Administration.
  • MOP or MAP would be an added advantage.
  • Sound SAP Systems Knowledge and understanding of the Sales and Distribution Stream.
  • NEC Contracts Certification.

 

Experience:

  • 5 years Contracts Management experience.
  • 2 years SAP Sales and Distribution experience.
  • A general understanding of SASS ISO 9002 and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • At least 5 years' experience in  the   Steam Turbine
  • Operations and Contracts Environment
  • Full understanding of Contracts and Risk Management.

SHEQ Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Ensuring that all Administration Documents are current, including SHEQ Objectives
  • Ensure that all legal appointments are valid and in place within areas of control
  • SHE Compliance: As a Section 8 & 9 appointee, ensuring that the duties of the employer  as contemplated in the  Occupational  Health  and  Safety Act  85  of  1993  are  properly  discharged  and  all legal  appointments are valid and in place for your area of control
  • ISO and OHSAS Certification: Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS certification
  • Audit Rating Maintain an audit score of not less than 2 and/or receive no major audit findings
