Willing to relocate to Colchester/Cannonville, Sundays River, Eastern Cape.
Presentable and well-spoken, able to speak English as well as another language (preferably Afrikaans or Xhosa) fluently.
Above all, have a passion for the hospitality industry and all the elements it encompasses.
Computer literate and able to complete various kitchen related administration
Be responsible for the hygiene, wastage and costings in the kitchen.
Cooks and chefs will be responsible for various kitchen functions including food ordering, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, stock takes, training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and kitchen hygiene.
