A vacancy exists for a SAP Support Specialst (Stock Control), based at Life Healthcare Head Office in Illovo, reporting to the Global SAP Business Support Manager. The successful candidate will provide System and Functional support for the SAP application.

 

Critical Outputs

Support Specialist for all financial systems.

Manage and maintain daily system processes.

Provide subject-matter expertise and knowledge regarding the systems to all role players.

Provide efficient user support.

Ensure Ticketing System events are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timeous manner.

Assist with new Business Initiatives.

Assist with SAP configuration.

Ensure that Delegation of authority are met when providing user access.

Adhere to master data standards and standardization of processes.

Assit with developing releveant training material.

 

Requirements

 

Relevant financial background and 3 years experience in a systems environment.

SAP experience in SAP MM will be an advantage.
