CiMSO’s mission is to develop, implement, maintain and enhance customer-centric, integrated management software to the international lodging, hospitality, and service delivery industries.
Requirement: Matric. Speak, Read & Write Afrikaans & English fluently.
Key Performance Areas:
Lead Generation through research: Use the internet to research and contact potential leads, updating the contact database and tasks list.
Create sales and demonstration appointments for the sales team: Professional representation of CiMSO Business Solutions through outgoing calls, introducing potential customers to CiMSO Software products, and secure appointments for on-site and/or remote virtual demonstrations.
Follow through and recording each step in the lead generation process is expected.
Update and maintain Marketing database: Assist in managing and maintaining the company marketing database.
Create and provide quotations to potential and current customers: Learn, understand and provide quotations through CiMSO’s quotation system to both current and potential/new customers.
Assist, track and attend planned Expositions: Use current processes to help plan and arrange National and International Expositions, while traveling and attending as/when required.
Provide marketing administration services and execute Social Media Strategy: As part of a larger CiMSO marketing team, be trained and learn skills to provide Social Media Business to Business communication, while providing marketing administrative services, including graphical digital design services and sourcing of services to deliver brochures and other marketing material.
Actively learn and get certified on CiMSO Software: Participate in continuous learning-plan to get certified on products, while meeting learning targets.
Follow and maintain company Quality Assurance processes: Ensure marketing and sales functions are using and following the QA standards within the company/department and work closely with operations and administrative teams to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
