Sales Administrator/Telesales – Blackheath

 

 

Duties/ Responsibilities

 

 

 

  1. Effective & efficient processing of sales orders

 

 

 

  1. Handling of customer queries & complaints

 

 

 

  1. Liaise with customers in order to develop, maintain & improve

customer relationships

 

 

 

  1. Assist sales representatives where necessary

 

 

 

  1. Assist with researching, identifying & contacting new sales

prospects/leads

 

 

 

  1. Assist with research of new products, special developments & other

sales opportunities, & communicate the feedback/information

 

 

 

  1. General administration relating to the position

 

 

 

Minimum

requirements

 

 

 

  1. Minimum of 2 years relative experience

 

 

 

  1. Recent contactable references

 

 

 

  1. Excellent customer relationship skills

 

 

 

  1. Self-motivated, dedicated, mature, responsible & trustworthy

 

 

 

  1. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken), pay attention to

detail & be highly organized

 

 

 

  1. Work pro-actively & use own initiative

 

 

 

  1. Excellent time management & be able to work under pressure

 

 

 

  1. Be able to work independently whilst maintaining a team view &

attitude

 

 

 

  1. Computer literate

 

 

 

  1. Clear criminal & credit checks

 

 

Salary R8000 – R10 000 depending on experience
