KZN’s largest award winning Vodacom Franchise (11 branches) is looking for an experienced, self motivated & vibrant Administrator to foster efficient sales & after sales service to match the clientele at Vodacom|Shop Pavilion & Westwood.
As part of our strategy & playing a vital role in a premium store, customer centricity is woven into our culture & in our efforts to put visitors first always, our Senior Administrator will assume responsibility of our tried & tested prescribed processes on a daily basis. This entails having the leadership qualities & be the support liaison to sales staff & Manager.
STORE READINESS FOR TRADE:
Staff tools are checked & managed daily
Computers & media devices are switched on
Cleaner management on a daily, weekly, monthly roster.
BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
You must ensure that operationally there is a smooth flow of communication from back office to sales floor supporting:
Issuing devices & simcard stock to sales staff speedily
Ensuring all claims processed have required documentation as per Vodacom business rules
Daily Reconciliation - Paper work corresponds accurately to till receipt, Vodacom dealsheet & systems
Daily customer care calls for activations eg. simswops, contracts & connectivity
Follow up calls for any pending paperwork, activations. All escalations must be done speedily & with urgency.
Capturing of all staff Contracts, Connectivity, Insurance, Prepaid & Upgrade sales.
Capturing all items owing with daily follow up to customer
Daily capturing of prepaid claims & reconciliation
Capturing & ensuring all VAS, Migrations & change of details are followed through daily until completed with courtesy call to customer.
Processing Transfer of ownership & keeping customer updated until completed
Assisting sales staff with deal matches & decline reviews
Assisting with Customer complaints with speedy resolution
Filing of all paperwork daily
Checking all Jobcards match to make, model of device and condition/scratches, dents, marks are noted & customer signature for acceptance thereof.
Capturing all Repairs & OBFs & ensuring despatched to repair centre with daily follow up & updating client until received, checked & collected by client.
Management of Loan devices with checks completed on issue & return from customer
Assisting Store Manager to check, load, date & pack stock.
Management of aged stock with date stamps to reduce redundancy.
Ensuring all staff have an updated stock on hand report
Assigning a tea & lunch roster for shifts
Pitching calls to clients with eligibility to upgrade & insurance offerings
Checking coverage for Connectivity options & quoting pricing.
