The Wine Glass Hermanus is recruiting. We require a Front of House manager for our Hermanus operation.

 

Contactable references with a minimum of 3 years restaurant management are not negotiable.

 

Core skills include wine knowledge, front of house management, customer engagement, IT (MS office) & POS skills, staff management & rostering, stock management, supplier management, formal communication, event planning, social media and marketing skills.

 

Salary and incentive commensurate with experience.
