This upcoming independent 3* business Hotel is on the

move.

 

Ideally positioned for domestic business and airport travellers, the Hotel has increased its capacity for Events and Functions.  Based in Cape Town’s northern suburbs and 10 mins from the airport.

 

 

 

We are looking for a Restaurant/ Food and Beverage Manager

to deliver a high standard of food & beverage offering.  Emphasis is placed on delivering great

service in our restaurant, conference & function venues are .  Your ability to implement SOPs and training

of staff will assist in getting our restaurant off the ground.  Our new Restaurant has huge potential to draw

local business feet and cater to private functions.

 

 

Experience:

 

4-6 years in the food and beverage industry of which at

least 2 years experience in a supervisory/management position.
