Private Hospital client seeks an experienced Scrub Sister in a multi discipline environment.

Flexible in working hours.

Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.

Diploma in Operating Room Technique

Patient care and counselling.
Perform rostered weekend duties/ emergency relief on call duties and associated tasks.
Liaise with the ward manager on matters relating to patient care.
Keeps accurate records at all times.
Required to serve on relevant committees within the department.
Supervise and evaluate quality of patient care through patient rounds.
Take responsibility of Theatre and cases on daily basis where allocated.

At least 5 years Private Hospital experience in Theatre as a Scrub Nurse
Experience in Vascular, Neuro and Thoracic environments.
