REGISTERED NURSE

 

 

 

Half day

position

 

 

 

Camphill Village is a rural,

residential, working farm community which offers support and work opportunities

for people living with intellectual disabilities and

is currently offering employment for a Registered Nurse.

 

 

 

Duties includes:

 

 

 

Experience in working with elderly, people

with intellectual and physical disabilities and palliative care.

 

 

 

Emergency management, referral to doctors,

hospitals and other medical needs.

 

 

 

Control, management and distribution of

medication and medical supplies.

 

 

 

Committed to clinical excellence and

effective patient care.

 

 

 

Administration and adherence to policies

and procedures.

 

 

 

Training of carer staff

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

 

Register on SANC

 

 

 

Valid driver’s licence

 

 

 

Working hours:

 

Monday – Friday 08h00 – 13h00, on standby

every second weekend
