Boutique law firm established in 2018 requires a receptionist and executive assistant to the director to join our small team. The ideal candidate is presentable, professional, has a positive disposition, can-do attitude and is interested in a fulfilling long-term career in a support role at the firm. Market-related salary commensurate with experience.
-Excellent work ethic
-Creative problem solver (ability to think laterally)
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Solid administrative skills
-Computer literate (proficiency in Excel advantageous)
-Good typing skills
-Strong administrative skills
-Basic accounting knowledge
-Proficient in English and speak/understand Afrikaans well enough to deal with clients
-Prior experience in a legal environment not essential, but advantageous
