Receptionist/Administrator Wanted!

 

We are looking for a presentable person to be the face of our company.

 

This person must be between 25 – 35 years of age, energetic, self-motivated, and a creative individual who can work on their own and handle stressful situations.

 

We are looking for someone that will be the first impression of our company, takes pride in their appearance and who will manage our reception and admin functions. This position has growth potential for the individual who would then be able to climb the real estate ladder.

 

Candidates are required to:

 

Have a minimum of 5 years working experience.

 

Must have experience in the hospitality industry.

 

Flexible to work out of office hours when required

 

Have your own car and be willing to travel within Hermanus to clients properties when required.

 

Be computer literate (able to work on Word, PowerPoint,Excel, etc.) and have experience in running social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

 

 

 

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 

 

 

Think quick on their feet and be a problem solver.

 

Must be approachable, friendly, and able to build relationships with clients.

 

Be able to work well in a team.

 

Be efficient and able to multitask.
