Job Purpose

 

Manage day to day operations of the Project

 

 

  1. Key Responsibilities

 

 

2.1 Monitor performance

 

2.2 Execute work as per plan and instruction

 

2.3 Identify resources and individuals to execute tasks

 

2.4 Manage Project budget

 

2.5 Attends to Project meetings and site briefings

 

2.6 Report, evaluate and negotiate contractual issues

 

2.7 Prepare monthly claims

 

2.8 Prepare project reports and any other duties which fall reasonably within the scope of

the Job title

 

2.9 Ensure compliance of safety standards as per safety plan and policy

 

2.10 Prepare Microsoft project programmes

 

2.11 Day to day problem solving and dealing with issues that may arise

 

2.12 Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented

 

2.13 Able to prepare notices and contractual claims

BTECH, NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUILDING, CIVIL ENGINEERING OR RELATED ENGINEERIN QUALIFICATION  Computer Literacy

 Surveying

 Programming of Works using Microsoft Projects

  1. Skills

 Knowledge of JBCC contract

 Excellent time management

 Good communication skills and a logical thinker
