The main purpose of this position is to establish and oversee the daily and long-term

operational management of assets within the organisation. The incumbent establishes service

standards, policies and processes and monitors assets throughout assets’ lifecycle. The

Physical Assets Manager partners closely with Procurement, Finance, IT support and the site

leads to ensure assets are properly secured and managed through the asset lifecycle and

implements processes that would facilitate controlling asset acquisition, maintenance, and



  • Degree or Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering/ Logistics or equivalent
  • At least 6 – 8 years’ experience in building management
  • Master builder or professional registration
  • Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, building and equipment maintenance
  • Computer literacy (Ms Office)
  • Strong communication abilities in both oral and written form, in both technical and

non-technical levels

  • Professional and efficient communication skills with all involved parties
  • Excellent English skills
  • Ability to analyse requests, identify business needs, prioritize work, formulate valid

conclusions and objectively present any necessary information to business partners
