Scope of Work
Dealing with phones calls and correspondence
Managing Diary, organising meetings and appointments
Drafting of formal correspondence, compiling and preparing reports and presentations.
Updating of schedules
General administrative duties, filing, faxing,photocopying
Arranging of events
General office management.
Responsible for Admin processes, ensuring the office is runs smoothly and remains well-organized at all times.
Deal quickly and professionally with customer queries and complaints.
Managing filing system and databases
Liaise with clients and suppliers in reception
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Miscellaneous tasks to support directors
Strong numerical and administrative skills
Strong ability to communicate
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High sense of responsibility

There are no specific degree
requirements although a diploma or degree supporting the above-mentioned position
