strong administrative and interpersonal skills to join our team.
Requirements:
Grade 12.
A tertiary qualification
will be an advantage.
Previous working experience
as a Personal Assistant or a Secretary is essential.
Administration experience.
Advanced computer skills
essential.
Fully bilingual.

Organized.
Detail orientated.
Strong administrative
skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Duties:
General office duties.
Diary management of Managing
Directors.
Administration duties.
Data capturing of
information.
Invoicing and financial
administration – ensure accounts and suppliers paid on time.
Answering and directing
calls.
Procurement of office
supplies.
New staff onboarding.
Organising and filing.
This is a full-day office-based
position.
Area: Century City
Salary: Negotiable.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
