Responsible to manage the operational planning and the replenishment actions

Qualifications

Ability to successfully manage operations, budgets, and projects as per business requirement. You will ensure to create and achieve optimal operations & replenishment demand plans to effectively support production efficiencies, ensuring optimal & cost-effective product / material availability to support customer service (internally & externally) objectives.

Educational Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain management or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities

Key resource to drive continuous improvement

Take accountability in ensuring Supply Chain department and respective divisions deliver services and solutions aligned with pharmaceutical Quality System requirements

Ensure regulatory compliance adherence

Uphold and support QA in cGMP Pharmaceutical Industry

Interact with all relevant stakeholders ensuring requirements, inputs, capacities, & constraints are considered to derive the most optimal & consensus plans

Make certain material replenishment demand plans are actioned by the replenishment group, ensuring materials arrive on timeously on site and deadlines are met

Ensure optimal effectiveness of the phase in and phase out plans, and that it’s performed within budget to manage costs and does not negatively impact operational efficiency

Plan and coordinate Packaging materials

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role with Production Pharmaceutical Industry or Biotech setting
Experience with SAP / ERP User, master data knowledge, maintaining master data, trackers, schedules, etc.

Proven experience in cGMP and quality and regulatory compliance adherence
