We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities as well as to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

 

Duties will include coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with customers, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

 

General Manager Responsibilities:

 

Overseeing daily business operations. (Staff 90+ employees) / (24 Hour Operation)

Developing and implementing growth strategies.

Training low-level managers and staff.

Creating and managing budgets.

Improving revenue.

Hiring employees.

Evaluating performance and productivity.

Analysing accounting and financial data.

Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

Generating reports and giving presentations. (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

General Manager Requirements:

 

Degree in business management / Supply chain and Distribution (Mega / Large DC)

Good knowledge of different business functions. (FMCG / Liquor Industry)

Strong leadership qualities.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly organized.

Strong work ethic.

Good interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Computer literate.

Proactive nature.

WMS Knowledge and experience (Must be a SAP Guru)
