Minimum Requirements



  • Relevant National Diploma



  • 5 years’ holistic experience in Business Support, office administration including but not limited to project management, SHEQ and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective business enablement service to departmental functional teams
  • Administer and facilitate the implementation and maintenance of management systems
  • Perform commercial / procurement and contract administration activities
  • Assist with managing activities and services of service providers
  • Co-ordinate and carry out a range of operational and administrative activities
  • Overseeing the performance of outsourced services within the department
  • Administrating and overall management of all properties belonging to Camden Power Station (Inspections, appointments with tenants, handle payment queries and issues when required, the maintenance of properties)
  • Meeting with Local Municipality to discuss payment issues
