OFFICE ADMINSTRATOR

 

 

Zip Grip resealable Poly Bags has the following vacancy available: Office Administrator. Applicants should be well educated, committed experienced and hardworking.

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

 

Responsible for paperwork with regards to all purchases

 

Filing of all confidential documents

 

Answering telephone calls timeously and professionally

 

Taking minutes of meetings

 

Assisting the GM with adhoc duties from time to time

 

Proactive at all times by using initiative

 

Ordering inventory and stationery

 

Capturing daily stock and wastage data

 

Any other work tasks as operationally required

 

 

 

 

 

Applicants must have the following qualifying criteria

 

3 – 5 Years’ packaging industry experience in essential

 

Own reliable transport

 

In good health and physical fit

 

Must be of sober habits

 

Experience in dealing with multiple suppliers

 

Attention to detail

 

Good client relationship skills

 

Good organisational skills

 

Ability to manage processes

 

Strong work ethic under pressure

 

Computer literate

 

Multitask and ability to work under pressure

 

Must have strong knowledge of written and spoken English language
