Compiling Tenders

Answer incoming internal and external telephone and personnel enquires

Following up on orders

Follow up on payments

Assist with the arrangement of meetings.

Booking of accommodation/ training

Compiling customer status reports

Assist engineering team with the compilation of data-books/ manual

Cold calling potential customers

Canvasing to identify new and potential clients

 

Requirements:

 

Fluent in english

Computer literate (microsoft suite)

South African citizen

Able to work flexible hours

Salary negotiable based on experience
