Job Description:


Our client in East London is requiring an Office Administrator in their East London office to join their team.



Minimum Requirements:-


*Matric or Certificate in Office Administration


*Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist / Office Administrator


*Computer Skills (MS Office Package)


*Code 8 drivers’ license (with own car).


Key Responsibilities:-


*Manage switchboard and deal with walk in clients


*Coordinate mail flow in and out of office


*Collect mail from company mailbox and distribute mail


*Coordinate office activities


*Coordinate newsletter monthly


*Book flights and accommodation for senior management and staff when necessary


*Organise and coordinate related meetings when necessary


*Coordinate and arrange business functions when necessary *Manage stationery purchasing and control


*Coordinate and make sure the necessary stock is available for teas and coffees for Factory staff


*Maintain departmental filing and administration


*Petty cash management


*Process cash payments.
