position.

 

Basic Requirements:-

 

 Grade 12 (please attach a certified copy of certificate)

 Administration related qualification will be an added advantage.

 

 1 year experience

 

 Preference will be given to females

 

 Proficiency in English will be a key determinant for appointment

Responsibilities:

 

 Answer and direct phone calls.

 

 Issue out and monitor payment of invoices.

 

 Assist in the coordination of MANCO meetings and reports.

 

 Carry out administrative duties, i.e. filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, petty cash etc.

 

 Maintain computer and manual filing systems

 

 Order office supplies.

 

 Make Travel arrangements.

 

Prepare Admin related reports.

 

 Perform Secretariat duties (capture minutes of meetings).

 

 Coordinate office procedures.

 

 Maintain efficient and effective administrative systems.
