Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Wellington.  Experience within the Fruit / FMCG industry will be beneficial.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attend to switchboard and reception desk

* General administration and filing

* Make all company travel arrangements

* Manage office equipment and maintenance of building

* Invoicing and data capturing

* Manage office stationery, marketing material and dry store goods

* Scheduling of meetings in boardrooms

* Manage security system

* Coordinate office functions

* Manage company pool vehicles

 

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2 years’ relevant experience

* Strong administration skills

* Travel arrangements

* Telephone etiquette

* Computer literate

* Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans

* Tertiary qualification

* Valid driver’s license

* Organized and able to coordinate

* Trustworthy and reliable

* Efficient and disciplined

* Able to follow clear instructions

* High attention to detail

* Strong communication skills

* Well-presented and professional, with a friendly personality and positive attitude

 

SALARY:

R10 000 – R13 000 CTC
