About the Job

Under the general oversight of the Global Fund For Jesus (GFFJ) & Global Business Roundtable (GBR) Convenor and the leadership and direct supervision of the GFFJ Global Executive Director, the incumbent develops, implements and fast-tracks a ground-breaking, multibillion-dollar global strategy to mobilize resources to fund GFFJ operations and services around the world. A successful candidate must have rich Christian experience with the testimony of integrity and be passionate about the love of a Christian God. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, monitoring and evaluation and fast implementation of a ground-breaking (innovative, unprecedented) multibillion-dollar (valued at several billions per year in 5 to 10 years) global Multi-Sector Services Strategy (health, education, food security, job creation, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment) to build a better future for children, families and communities and enhance the health status and wellbeing of disadvantaged, marginalized and vulnerable populations around the world.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Resource Mobilization (securing new and additional resources):


Provides leadership, management and direction to the Multi-Sector Services Department and Sector Managers to develop and implement global, regional and national population, health, development, relief and advocacy support and assistance in 5 continents through 30 Regional Offices and 200 Country Offices.



Networking & Partnership Engagement:


Influence, outreach, network, engage and manage productive relationships with funders, grantors, donors, philanthropists, investors, entrepreneurs, CEOs, Heads of State and/or top-tier government officials, business executives and high level corporate stakeholders, as well as top-tier global organizations and faith-based ministries and leaders.


Provides guidance, training and support to 30 Regional Directors and 200 Country Directors around the world to contribute to meet the global, regional and national resource mobilization goals and targets.



Program Leadership & Management:


Plans, develops, manages and oversees the Multi-Sector Services Department and Sector Managers working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, particularly with Sakhumnotho Holdings Group, Global Business Roundtable and Global Fund For Jesus.


Establishes program and project implementation benchmarks and indicators to measure and track global, regional and national service provision, benefits, results and impact integrating lessons learned into current programming and making corrective actions as needed to ensure progress toward targets and sustainability of efforts.



GFFJ is a Christian-Faith and Kingdom mandate organisation, therefore the incumbent must be aligned with this requirement. The incumbent must have high ethics and integrity. Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, where one delivers results continuously.


Proven track record and work experience in millionaire international technical, cooperation and development assistance, preferably in international population, health, development, relief, advocacy and investment fields.


Ability to develop strategic alliances and partnerships with a variety of public, private and non-profit stakeholders, particularly efficient and effective population, health and development implementation programs with key public, private and non-profits partners and faith-based and community development organizations.


Strong knowledge in program and project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting including grant writing, donor reporting and technical reports.


15 years of combined national and international experience with multilateral and bilateral agencies and donors; global population, health and development organizations; relief, emergency and humanitarian institutions and more


In terms of qualification criteria, advanced university degree with postgraduate training in business, finance, economics, international or public relationships or development, social sciences, law or related field.
