Key Job Purpose:

 

To prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to requirements,

manage the implementation of NYDA Projects, to lobby and advocate for interventions that

enhance the participation of young people in the economy, facilitate skills and education

programmes, and focus on various intervention aimed at promoting National Youth Service,

prepare project proposals and develop project plans, schedules and budgets.

KPA1: To plan and

KPA2: Manage the

implementation of

  • To facilitate and manage NYDA priority projects and ensure

that they are implemented correctly.

  • To ensure that the NYDA priority projects consistently meet their

strategic objectives and quality standards.

  • To ensure that the NYDA priority projects run smooth and that

any issues that arise are addresses immediately.

  • Support other divisions in the implementation of special projects

KPA3: Prepare project

proposals and develop

project plan, schedule

and budget

  • Conduct research.
