Maintenance Technician and Planner required for Packaging industry

 

Maintenance Technician and Planner required to take responsibility for the optimum equipment efficiency on highly specialized machinery in the packaging manufacturing industry. This position requires previous experience on carton packaging machinery.

You will be responsible to plan and perform preventative maintenance, ensure availability of critical spares, and handle all relevant administration such as job cards, maintenance requests, etc.

 

Requirements:

Matric

Trade Tested (Fitter, Electrician or Millwright)

At least 4 years post qualifying experience in a high speed production environment.

At least one year experience on packaging manufacturing machinery

Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity in an Engineering environment

Working knowledge on Pneumatics and Hydraulics

Valid SA driver's license
