Job Description

Well-established manufacturer of metal and plastic containers for various industries seeks to employ an Artisan with sound mechanical and electrical maintenance experience to take responsibility for the maintenance of their machinery. Based in Philippi.

 

For the position you would be required to have:

 

Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant

Knowledge of PLC’s for fault-finding

Experience with both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance

Preferably residing close to the area

Responsibilities would include you to:

 

Attend to breakdowns,

Do preventative maintenance

Assist machine operators

Get machinery up and running as speedily as possible after breakdowns

On offer is a salary of around R18k per month
