company requires a mature male Maintenance Administrator with strong admin

skills to start immediately.  Salary 8,000.00

per month.

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Matric with Math

 

 

 

Strong administration

and communication skills

 

 

 

Must be computer

literate  (Outlook, MS Office)

 

 

 

Meticulous

 

 

 

3 to 4 years’

experience in the same or similar role

 

 

 

Must be able to

work under pressure and be able to deal with difficult customers in a

professional manner

 

 

 

Must have your

own smart phone

 

 

 

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation essential

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 

 

 

 

 

Provides administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and Maintenance

team with data entry, report compilation and administration of the Maintenance

Department.

 

 

 

  • Deposit

refunds, reconciliation of same, resolving disputes, creating deposit refund

schedules and preparation of documentation for inspection

 

 

 

  • General

maintenance calls and emails, to both Landlord & tenants

 

 

 

  • Quotation

from service providers

 

 

 

  • Quotations

regarding maintenance items, to both landlords & tenants

 

 

 

  • Setup of

appointments between tenants and contractors

 

 

 

  • Emails to

landlords regarding maintenance, follow up on requested permission to undertake

same

 

 

 

  • Issuing

work to contractors

 

 

 

  • Preparation

of invoices and quotation for Landlords & Tenants

 

 

 

  • Updating of

maintenance log and follow up with Maintenance Operation Manager

 

 

 

Customer Service

– Provide superior customer service to all tenants, clients, contractors, and

vendors always.

 

 

 

Tenant

Move-In’s/Move-Out’s – coordinate all arrangements, notifications and acquire

proper authorizations for access

 

 

 

Contact Lists –

maintain daily and update contractor’s contacts lists to include emergency

contact numbers.

 

 

 

Keeping a high level of

service in mind with every task

 

 

 

Assessing and

troubleshooting problems

 

 

 

  • Completing work in a timely, cost effective, accurate manner

 

 

 

  • Load job cards onto system and follow up on same

 

 

 

  • Undertaking of exit inspections monthly
