Job Summary
Our client is a respected international entity in the wealth / finance realm. They are looking for a LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, to serve existing clientele and international business partners – clients will be based in Cape Town and Stellenbosch.

DUTIES:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients
Assist Senior Director with compliance and legal paper work, client enquiries and meetings
Deal with admin tasks relating to offshore products (overseas company, trust, pension, retirements, etc.)
Assist and administer SA companies and trust
Ensure tax compliance
Check accuracy of compliance and legal documents
Liaise with and respond to queries from intermediaries
Respond to and action client queries and administer requests via e-mail / telephone
Mange client, intermediary and overseas colleagues’ expectations
Deal with product paperwork, e.g. preparation, collation and dispatching relevant documents
Identify and propose solutions to system, process and service related issues
Ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate in law
2 – 3 years’ experience in legal, compliance and admin work - preferable
Must be bi-lingual (Eng / Afrikaans) – non-negotiable
Valid driver’s license and own transport – non-negotiable
People, administration skills
Document collection and review
Clear communication
Collation of documentation
MS Office
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fry 08:30 – 17:00
