The Department of Informatics has part-time lecturers position at Soshanguve South Campus.

BTech (Phasing-out qualification) – Saturdays (4 Posts)

 

ADQ401T BAB401B / BAB401T - Advanced Knowledge Management IV / Business Fundamentals IV

ITA401T / FUM101T - Information and Technology Management IV & Functional Management

KNM401T – Knowledge Management IV

ADJ401T – Advanced Business Analysis IV

 

Advanced Diploma – Saturdays (1 Post) (New course phasing in)

BAA117V - Business Analysis and Application

 

 

Key performance areas/Core functions:

 

  • Preparing all lecture materials, assessments, and memorandums for related subjects;
  • Preparing lectures and assessing students registered for the subject;
  • Performing administration of marks and other related administrative duties under the subject head, section head, and HOD supervision;
  • Attend staff and subject meeting
  • Adhere to the due dates set by the section head

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum requirements for National Diploma

 

Academic qualifications and others:

 

  • B Tech or Advanced Diploma in Informatics and relevant undergraduate qualification (diploma/degree) in Information Systems or Business Analysis is a prerequisite;
  • Candidates must be able to travel to campus during the week on short notice and or be available for face-to-face classes and assessments five days a week.

 

Minimum requirements for B Tech and Advanced Diploma subjects

Academic qualifications and others:

 

  • PhD or D Tech degree in Information Systems or M Tech or M Comp or D Comp;
  • Candidates must be able to travel to campus during the week on short notice and or be available for face-to-face classes and assessments five days a week

 

Experience:

 

  • One year of relevant working experience in a tertiary environment and Industry experience in the field of Informatics.
