Job Description:


  • Ensure intercompany vendors are paid on time and within payment terms
  • Manage intercompany miscellaneous billings
  • IBS AP and AR monthly forecast for FP&A
  • Monitoring foreign intercompany customer and vendor overdues
  • Monitoring of SARB applications
  • Print and filing import documentation
  • Monitoring of SARB applications
  • Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed as per communicated timelines
  • Cooperation and support in audits (external/internal)
  • Stand-in/assist with peer activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness/leave), as directed by manager/management
  • Other ad-hoc finance activities as the need arises
  • Matric; Bookkeeping certificate / Diploma preferrable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance department
  • Computer literate – Basic accounting skills, SAP and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills, self-starter
  • Be a self-motivated team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to work flexible hours
