One of our branches in Cape Town, Goodwood, is seeking an import shipping clerk.

 

 

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Freight forwarding and controlling.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Matric

 

Computer

packages: Office 365 – Cargowise, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

 

Managing the full import forwarding portfolio ( SEA and AIR)

Tracking

of shipments

Status report

Receipt

and QC of shipping documents.

Registration

of shipments on Cargowise

Forwarding

files to customs clearance department.

Arranging deliveries invoicing
