Description

 

You will plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the development and implementation of maintenance, network

management, proactive IT system monitoring hardware, software, CRM database telecommunication systems. Manage all external IT software and hardware service providers and make recommendations for improvements on how the organization can function more optimally.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

• A tertiary qualification plus a minimum of five

or more years in managing IT systems with Office 365, MS Office and SharePoint Server Management.

 

• Excellent project management skills, including

organization, planning, time management and prioritization.

 

 

• Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies,

and regulations, and various licensing formats

 

Able to streamline IT Operations and create an efficient hybrid digital workspace for ease of remote, collaborative working and access to digital tools, and an ability to analyze and segment data for reporting

 

• Experience with or knowledge of programming

languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring and relevant expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.

 

• Implementation and management of Monitoring and Evaluating systems will be advantageous.

 

Proven track record of CRM management, data capturing, database analysis, data clean ups and data manipulation, data extraction / importation
