Job Summary

Minimum Requirements:

             Grade 12/Matric Certificate

             Diploma / Degree in Safety Management

             SAMTRAC

             Knowledge of the OHSACT, Road Transport Act, COID Act

             Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a commercial environment would be an advantage

             Computer Literacy, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

             Strong communication skills

             Ability to interact well with a diversified team

             Attention to detail and accuracy

             Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure

 

Key Responsibilities:

             Provide administrative support to HSE team

             Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties

             Manage and distribute HSE documents

             Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis

             Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date

             Assist in preparatory works in HSE when the company is undergoing Audits

             Disseminating new directives/information to relevant departments

             Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
