Our client in the Construction Industry is currently seeking a dynamic, agile and dedicated specialist in the areas of recruitment and skills development to join a fast-paced human resource team.
The incumbent will be head office based, with the purpose of supporting the overall business objective through the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' knowledge and skills, recruitment and retention of suitable employees, as well as overall statutory compliance of such functions.
Matric / Grade 12
Completed 3 year Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
Valid Drivers’ License and own vehicle essential
Working knowledge of all construction/mining SETAs
Excellent understanding of all relevant legislation and the application thereof
At least 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Officer - generalist and at least 3 of those years must be specializing in Skills Development and Recruitment.
At least 2 years’ experience within the construction and mining industry

Candidate will be based at our head office, but will be required to travel from time to time.
General working hours will be from 08h00 until 17h00, Monday to Friday. After hour and weekend work will be expected to keep work up to date.
