Job Description:

 

  • Ensures quality execution of local operational personnel work (Such as personnel selection and placement, transfer and separation, succession planning at operational levels, compensation decisions, local organizational design, employee relations coaching for management, discipline and performance management, local benefit and pension administration and troubleshooting)

 

  • Guides employees and leadership team in HR related matters

 

  • To oversee and deliver a pro-active, progressive, and customer-focused recruitment function by making use of best Recruitment and Selection practices by

 

  • Leads and implements HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility

 

  • Participates in other business projects, representing HR

 

  • Ensures records compliance for area of responsibility

 

  • Is responsible for all administrative activities related to the generalist task in the area of responsibility

 

  • Ensures legal compliance with HR activities within scope of responsibility

 

  • Consults employees and line managers in all areas of operational HR work

 

  • Continuously monitors quality of performed tasks and ensures high quality of performance

 

  • Grade 12 or matriculation certificate

 

  • Academic degree (bachelor or higher)

 

  • 5 to 8 years relevant experience

 

  • 3 years project management experience

 

  • Experience in HR Analytics

 

  • Advanced knowledge of prevailing Labour Law

 

  • HR Reporting and Controlling Skills

 

  • Talent Management and Organisational Design experience
