The General Manager is responsible for the operations and oversees all aspects of the business. This includes, but is not limited to employee hiring, ongoing training, guest experience management, review and critically analyze financial and stock reports, maintenance and implementation of controls and procedures. This individual would be required to lead and direct the team in both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH). Computer literacy needs to be excellent, fluency in English (written & spoken) along with great interpersonal skills and a love for people.
Candidates with experience of 8-10 years or more in the position advertised as well as experience in the hotel sector would be preferred.

This is a local appointment with international traveling opportunities available with the opening of new stores. The gross salary will be determined by experience ranging between R45 - R55k.
