Job Description:

 

Our client, a leading name in the manufacturing and retail industry seeks a dynamic Financial Accountant (CA SA) to join their Durban team.

 

The successful incumbent will report to the CFO And GM and should preferable have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree Hons + Articles/ CA designation.

 

Duties:

 

- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts;

 

- Processing of Cash Book;

 

- Processing monthly Payroll;

 

- Oversee Creditors Department;

 

- Oversee Debtors Department;

 

- Preparation and submission of Monthly VAT and PAYE;

 

- Preparation and submission of Provisional Tax Payments;

 

- Preparation of annual Financial Audit File;

 

- Preparation of annual BEE audit file;

 

- Preparation of continuous cash flow and budget forecasts;

 

- Tracking of Sales Incentives;

 

Requirements:

 

- Ability to manage staff

 

- Min Bcom Hons/CA designation

 

- Strong Financial acumen

 

- Leadership skills
