Frontseat Group (Pty) Ltd a signage company based in Northriding, is currently seeking a suitably qualified candidates to apply for the post of:

 

Enterprise Development Initiative Mentors (EDI Mentor)

 

FreeState Region

 

Ficksburg, Ladybrand and surrounding areas

 

Duties:

 

Mentors required to mentor field agents on sim card distribution and airtime sales.

 

Duties but not limited to:

 

1) Mentoring a team of field agents on a day-to-day

basis

 

 

2) Transporting field agents

 

 

3) Assist agents with selling and banking

 

 

4) Assist customers and field agents on queries on

product

 

 

5) Recruit, Train and continuous training. Induct

new field agents

 

 

6) Submit daily figures to manager

 

 

7) Administration of information of agent’s personal information for salary purposes

 

8) Reporting

 

 

9) Assist with promotional duties

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Grade 12

 

• Financial background

 

• Valid driver’s licence with PDP + own reliable

transport

 

• Strong verbal and written communication

 

• Literacy in Microsoft office

 

• Ability to work well independently as well in teams with in rapidly changing deadline and target

 

• based driven environment

 

• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays and

after hours

 

• Trustworthy and reliable.
