Job Description:

 

Global business leader requires an eCommerce Program/Product Manager on a contract basis who has strong capability in platform/architecture strategy and development, commercial modelling, route to market, consumer and customer engagement, research, marketing, IT, innovation, trade development, promotion management, digital marketing (including PPC, SEO, CRM, social, lead nurturing), analytics and reporting, capability building and project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Continuously review channel insights and digital innovations.

 

Develops internal and external relationships and networks Provide leadership and champion relevant digital capabilities and thinking. Role Profile: Demonstrates proficiency in the following Functional competencies:

 

  • Innovation: Insightfulness

 

  • Relevant Technology or Commercial qualification

 

  • 8+ years’ experience in FMCG environments, a minimum of 2 years’ experience directly managing Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

 

  • Strong capability in marketing, key accounts, channel/customer marketing, platform architecture. This position requires a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

 

  • Non-negotiable: experience with SalesForce and Google Analytics. Strong capability in platform/architecture strategy and development, commercial modelling, route to market, consumer and customer engagement, research, marketing, IT, innovation, trade development, promotion management, digital marketing (including PPC, SEO, CRM, social, lead nurturing), analytics and reporting, capability building and project management.
